100 Night Sleep Trial on Mattress

We at Furniture Zone realise that trying a mattress out for a few minutes in our showroom can be completely different from sleeping for the whole night on one, and sometimes mistakes are made when choosing your mattress. We want you to purchase a mattress that offers the correct level of comfort or support you need. To this end, we are happy to provide a 100-night Satisfaction Guarantee. You may return the mattress within 100 days of purchase and swap it for another product to these conditions:

Terms & Conditions for 100-night comfort guarantee:

We ask that you sleep on the mattress for the first 21 nights. This is to allow your body the chance to adapt to the support and comfort level that your new mattress is now providing.
You must purchase a Furniture Zone mattress protector from us and always use it.
When returned, the mattress must be in original condition with no tears or stains and no rub marks caused by dragging it across the floor.
Any discount or special price you receive will apply to the replacement mattress.
If the replacement mattress costs more than the original mattress, you must pay the difference.
This guarantee will cover your first replacement mattress, but further mattresses will not. That means you can have a maximum of two replacements.
An exchange fee of $100 for each exchange is payable by you to cover freight and the disposal of the replaced mattress. The maximum delivery distance is 40km. Deliveries further than this will incur additional costs.
We do not refund your money except as provided for in the Consumer Guarantees Act.
