We stand by the quality of our products, and if you receive a faulty or damaged item, we will gladly replace it with the New Zealand Consumers Guarantee Act.
If you wish to return a product, please contact us. Our customer care team will get in touch with you in the next 24-48 hours.
If the product is returned by the New Zealand Consumers Guarantee Act and our policies, we will issue a refund to your bank account. However, suppose the return falls outside of the act and our policies. In that case, all return freight charges will be deducted from the refund before issuing, and any costs incurred to Furniture Zone LTD will also be deducted.
Please note that we cannot refund shipping costs, and you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.
