Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from us. However, due to the nature of our products, we can only accept returns for faulty or damaged items upon receipt. If you receive an item that is faulty or damaged, please contact us within 24 Hours of receipt to let us know. We will  arrange for a replacement of the item at no cost to you. Damages in Transit and Replacement Policy

  • At Furniture Zone, we take great care to ensure your order is delivered in good condition. However, in the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged, please notify us within 24 hours of receipt so we can arrange a replacement.
  • If your items arrive damaged, please take photos of the damages and keep the original packaging. This will help us to process your claim with the shipping company. We may require additional information or documentation to verify the damage.
  • Please note that we cannot process claims for damages that are not reported within 24 hours of receipt. We also cannot accept claims for damages that occur after the item has been delivered or for damages caused by improper handling or installation.
  • Once we have verified the damage, we will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you at no cost. If the item is out of stock, we will work with you to find a suitable replacement or issue a refund.
