Furniture Zone Mattress Warranty

Length of Warranty: 5 years

What does the warranty cover?

  • Warranties may cover specific defects, such as sagging or defects in the springs, foam, or cover.

What does the warranty NOT cover?

  • Normal wear and tear: Mattresses are designed to be used on a regular basis, so the warranty may not cover damage that occurs over time due to normal use.
  • Stains and spills: Mattress warranties may not cover damage caused by spills or stains, as these are considered to be the result of improper use or maintenance.
  • Damage caused by improper use or care: Mattress warranties may not cover damage caused by improper use or care, such as using the mattress without proper support or failing to follow the manufacturer’s care instructions.
  • Damage caused by natural disasters or accidents: Mattress warranties may not cover damage caused by natural disasters, such as floods or earthquakes, or accidents such as fires or falling objects.
  • Damage caused by pets: Mattress warranties may not cover damage caused by pets, such as scratches, stains, or odors.
  • Modifications or alterations: Mattress warranties may not cover damage caused by modifications or alterations made to the mattress by the consumer.

When does the warranty start?

The warranty starts on the date of delivery of the mattress and lasts until the end of 5 years from that date.

What do we do when we get all this from you?

Any evidence we receive regarding the potential warranty claim, including the mattres itself in some cases, will be cross-examined and evaluated. When we have received the evidence, we will decide at our sole, reasonable discretion whether your claim is covered by the warranty or not. If we determine that it is covered, we will repair or replace it (as applicable) and ship your repaired mattress. We reserve the right to offer you a similar replacement if your item has been discontinued. We will only cover the shipping expenses of the first warranty claim. The mattress warranty period does not restart but rather continues from your original purchase date.

What if I only want a refund?

This warranty does not give you the right to get a refund. The warranty only covers replacements, repairs, and upgrades for successful warranty claims.

What does the warranty cover?

What does the warranty NOT cover?

  • The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, including but not limited to scratches, dents, or fading.
  • The warranty does not cover damage resulting from improper maintenance or exposure to extreme conditions (e.g., excessive humidity or direct sunlight).

What are the warranty limitations?

  • The warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
  • The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper assembly, accidents, or unauthorized repairs.
  • The warranty may be void if the furniture has been modified or altered in any way.

  2. Proof of purchase (such as your invoice number, invoice date, product name, price, and product photos). In our sole discretion, we reserve the right to require photographs, further information, or descriptions or to physically inspect the mattress before accepting a particular claim under this warranty.
  3. An exchange fee of $100 for each exchange is payable by you to cover freight and the disposal of the replaced mattress. The maximum delivery distance is 40km. Deliveries further than this will incur additional costs.
