What is MSD WINZ quote?
An advance payment of a benefit paid by work and income. This is a one-off payment for an essential or emergency cost if you can’t pay it another way.
How do I apply for a WINZ advance payment?
You need to call Work and Income on 0800 559 009. They will talk with you to understand your situation and see how they can help you. They will require a quote before any payment can be approved. You can upload the quote in your my MSD login, take the quote to the nearest WINZ office, or make an appointment with your case manager.
How do I get a WINZ quote from Furniture Zone?
Step 1. To start your MSD WINZ quote, log into your existing account or create one.
Step 2. Use our top-level menu and choose where to can find the product you want. Add to the cart as per normal online shopping.
Step 3. On the payment page, fill out your details and address for delivery, and then choose WINZ quote as the payment method; complete the prompts required, and we will email your quote for MSD WINZ.
Step 4. Either upload the quote to your MSD portal or take it to your nearest MSD WINZ office.
Step 5. Please email [email protected] on approval of your quote, and the customer will convert your quote to an order, or you can collect and pay with your payment card at your local Furniture Zone store; see this link for a list of stores – https://furniturezone.co.nz/store-finder/
Once I have my WINZ quote, what do I do next?
You can either take the quote to your local WINZ office or upload the quote through your MSD login, or make an appointment to see your WINZ case manager.
Once your quote is approved WINZ, will either load the money onto your payment card or direct debit the money to Furniture Zone.
If your quote is paid by WINZ by direct credit, it will take 4 to 5 days to process. You must contact Furniture Zone that your quote has been approved and paid by direct debit. When your payment shows in our account, we will dispatch your order from our Warehouse. If it has been loaded to your payment card, instructions on how to proceed are below.

WINZ Payment Card can be used in any of our stores using our EFTPOS machine. The order will be shipped directly to your home from our Furniture Zone Warehouse, OR free collection can be made from your local branch.
